Faulty warning lights on 02 Picasso

When turning on the ignition not all the warning light s come on, only 3 show up. Had the unit checked and it is not defective told it could possibly be a BSI unit being faulty but have been told this is very rare. Any suggesstions

What lights are coming on & whats not coming on ? do the displays under the warning lights work ok ?
How was the display checked ?

Only the air bag light and oil light. It had a complete 2 new dashboard units fitted but this wasn't the problem
