A facelift 207 front end on a 206? Where is this on sale?

Nice facelift, basic shape has been around 10 years now and still looks fresh.

Peugeot.com says its built at Mulhouse for the european market. Looks good, although a strange choice to revamp considering the 207 is in full swing and were starting on series '08.
