One other thing about my front airbags....

I have the feeling that my front airbag light is flashing because of the connection in the steering wheel....does anybody know what this part is called, that connects the airbag, and assume the steering wheel radio controls to the steering column loom..... I am not sure if the buttons on the wheel work or not, as i don't have standard radio anymore....but i noticed that the light was flashing intermitantly, and has just recently started flashing all the time....it first started when i made a quick turn off a main road, and then the light flashed intermitantly for a time, and now permanently flashing...

People call it different things, airbag rotary connection, steering wheel control ring. on later xsaras its part of the com2000

Sounds about the best sort of description for it to be honest!! I thought it may have a 'proper' name that's all.

I just didn't want to request a part and be calling it the airbag connector thingy as that doesn't really help anyone!
