306 Ignition Barrel Removal?

Hi all, as the title says i need to find out how to remove the ignition barrel from my (now dead) 306 Dturbo, every one i've removed on any other car had to have the key in position one and a pin pushed in to release it then, just slide it out but, i cant seem to work this one out.

There's a small threaded hole in the top, i was wondering if this played any part?

There's a small screw to undo on the side of the barrel. Put the key in the lock. Turn so that it's lined up between the A & S marks on the barrel. Use a small screwdriver and push in the catch on the lower left side to release the barrel.
