98 S Reg Megane TDi Sport - Fuel plug issue?

My Fuel plug light isn't coming on and car won't start - it's trying it's little socks off, but not managing.

I'm presuming the fuel plugs or the relay has gone.

Renault A.K.A Dick Turpin want to charge me a fortune... hubby reckons he can replace them or fix the relay whichever it is....

Small problem ermmm where are they?

I just picked up a Haynes manual on Ebay but it could take a few days to get here.

Anyone point me in the general direction of their location?
