Only my own experience.

I dropped in at a local dealers for a replacement fob for my Xantia. They charged £17 plus VAT for the new fob, then another tenner plus VAT to transfer the works and keyblade to the new one - I ended up hanging around for an hour and a half - they said the rivet that holds it together and acts as the hinge for the key had to be drilled out and a new one inserted.

Then they wanted another £63 +VAT to reprogram it (which it didn't need, of course and was a two-minute job anyway)

The drilling out of the rivet would have been deadly simple to do and an M3 nut and bolt would have substituted for the rivet.

Try GSF, see if they have them (phone rather than online checks that don't seem to throw up everything - but maybe that's just me  )
