I don't know if you guys are aware of the existence of this, but it contains a lot of general technical info that is often quite interesting.
Being based 'downunder' it's more into test drives etc of Riceboxes and Yank Tanks, although you still get the occasional French car report, but still makes a good read and is a popular birthday/Christmas present round our place.
