reset laguna immobilizer

reset laguna immobilizer

does anyone know how to reset the immobilizer on a laguna my service light is flashing and the orange box with squigly line threw it is flashing also this all happened when my relay for indicators packed it but other than this flashing the car runs 100% i have been told that the immobilizer needs to be reset any help would be great

yes i have put a new relay in for indicators

Hi derrick -

Know nowt on a laguna. But try the forum search utility to bring up topics on reset immobiliser : tip in the words "reset and immobiliser".
I tried it and some interesting topics came up. You might find just the bit of info that solves your problem.

this happend on my laguna .
i had a four digit number on a the owners hand book which you keyed in on the imobiloser buton down by the hand brake which flashes red. the idea is what ever the number you count the red flash to corrispond
