Nosediving Xantia (An Update)

Hello

I recently posted a query about my 1993 1.9 SXTD (non anti sink) where the front dropped within minutes of switching off the engine. The general consensus amongst the replies was wear and tear or front HC probs.

Anyway I fitted a new accumulator sphere yesterday as the regulator was ticking every 15 secs and this has cured the premature sinking as well as the frequent ticking :shock:

Just thought I'd let you guys know incase you had the same prob ad hadn't thought of looking there. 8)

PS Whats good for getting an LHM puddle off the drive :evil:

Petrol followed by "Truck wash" detergent and a hose off.

I usually just dump a load of white flour on an oil spill, leave it a while and then sweep it up! A bit of detergent will get rid of any slight stain left...

Hope it's not a tarmac drive.... LHM dissolves that :lol:
