leaking/dripping just below start of rear offside sill.

Is the above has just started happening after chmaging the spheres on my hdi. i noticed is slightly when I was changing them which i thought came out of a breather nipple/pipe from the rubber boot covering the bottom part of the strut. It was alright up until a few days back when I have noticed small patches on floor and my warning light showing on dash for low fluid. All fluid had recently been changed aswell (LHM Plus)

Any ideas?

The 'breather' pipe is actually the fluid return pipe connection, there should be a small bore plastic pipe connected to it, you probably pulled it out when you were changing the sphere.

Didnt know there was a pipe that goes onto the breather nipple that points up?

If it goes inside the rubber boot it must be a return pipe or the fluid would leak out. Is it actually on the rubber boot that surrounds the cylinder with the pushrod throught it?

yep, got it. There were two! not sure which one was for which pipe but think I may have got them right

The rearmost pipe in the bellow (closest to the cylinder) is the leakback hose - connected to the reservoir.
The frontmost pipe is the bellow air vent pipe - with a dead end pushed into the subframe - to avoid dirt ingress.
