Could someone give me an estimation of the cost of replacing a Xantia's hydraulic pressure regulator. Thanks, Kevin.

Best bet is to get one from a breaker's. They rarely give trouble, so you'd have to be very unlucky to get a duff one. Wouldn't like to guess what the new price is

just a tip for you. after P reg the regulator pipe seal, which comes from the pump was changed to a (A) fine thread, and it also has a different rubber seal, the later one being conical in shape, not the small pipe type, I know this because when I bought my car I had loads of trouble with the P.R. I think that the guy could not solve the problem so he sold it to me, after the fix Ive had no problems with the car and its been a good buy. mak be sure that the pipes are well secured. shaking pipes snap
