Peugeot 405 Main/Dip Relay

Hi all, i have a 1991 peugeot 405 Sri and next to the ECU is a small black box that holds 2 relay's are these the realys for Main/Dip beam ? as when i was tinkering under the bonnet my brother was messing with my lights and there was a clicking noise that appeared to come from the small black box. Any ideas ?

Unplug the relays one at a time - and see which function is missing 8)
