Height adjuster

I remember seeing a drawing of a height adjuster a couple of months back but for the life of me I cannot find it. Can anyone give me a link or email me the drawing?

Thanks for that Clogz. Sorry to be so late in thanking you but I've been away for the weekend. I guess there are front and rear in the drawing. Can anyone tell me which is which.

The bottom one is for the front and the top one is the rear.

They're functionally identical anyway, the differences are only in the mounting bracket shape and bolt location.
