LHM change Xantia-2

I'm sure this is very basic stuff for most of you, but this is my first time, so I would like to ask for some guidelines of how to do it.
When changing spheres 7000 Km's ago I topped up with hydraflush, so now it needs to be changed with some new LHM.
1 2 3 what do I do?

Guess this topic is the most popular on the forum - use the Search facilty (up/right on this page) - with a couple of different combinations - and I "fear" you'll get 100's of old submissons on this topic [:p][:p]
