Fluid loss from XM steering rack

I replaced the rack in my last XM and dont particularly want to do it again as it was about the second most difficult job to the head gasket! I have fluid leaking from what looks like a small diameter tube stub that is part of the rack casting, on the front n/s of the rack where the ram sits behind. Any suggestions?
