Hello all again,
I'm having a couple of issues with my Renault Trafic van...2005 101HP 1.9D..F9Q760 engine.
I have no fuel reaching the fuel filter from the tank. I've removed the pipe at the top of the filter and its bone dry.
The tank has at least 25 litres of fuel in it and the dash fuel indicator shows 4 bars.
I'v turned the engine over...fully charged battery....
The van was actually running (albeit terribly) before the work to overhaul the engine was started so i know there was fuel getting to the engine before....for some reason its stopped.
Is there a fuse and/or relay that controls the 'in tank' fuel pump?
Thanks
Fuel.

Husky.
Thinking outside of the box is better than sitting in a dark one.

Re: Fuel.
Just a word of caution.
Cranking the engine without diesel in the HP pump and injectors will cause wear *fast*.
They have extremely tight tolerances and rely solely on diesel as lubricant.
Can you hear the lift pump actuating when turning key to acc? Assume not since you're looking for a fuse/relay fault.
Sorry be of help with wiring, but you're probably on the right track if lift pump is dead silent.
