Citroen c8 exclusive

Hi Everyone

I am new here I am a qualified mechanic but choose not to be in the industry anymore .

I've worked on a few cars over the years but this one is a good challenge. But this car is testing my patience lol . I believe the turbo has completely gone . Has anyone taking a turbo off a citroen c8 exclusive and how difficult off a job is it

There are 2 variants of 2.2 and these are completely different engines and turbo systems - best to pop up your VIN so we know what you have exactly for future reference. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Your VIN's incorrect. It should be 17 alphanumeric and even taking out the 'leading 0' that's incorrect, there are still too many. It may be EB4 for the 4th, 5th & 6th, but the re is something wrong in the last 8 too.

I suspect this is the DW12TED4 variant though.

If this is the case, you'll have to remove the undershield, right hand driveshaft and catalytic converter / DPF assembly.
