Push or pull

My wife has had a small coming together with a bollard and her RCZ as shown in the picture below:

Is there a simple way to get behind that panel with a pusher either by removing the speaker or door latch or is it full interior strip to get to it that way?

Will it be simpler to use a dent puller and do it from outside?

I doubt a dent puller will work on that, given the rigid crease in this area; even if you were to get at it from the inside, I suspect it may take a special tool to knock it out somewhat, but even then it's likely to need some professional attention. Have you tried to get a quote from an accident repairer for a private job?

Looks like a job for a company like this one, I'm not recommending as there are quite a few in the same game some exceptionally clever.

I had someone open his door onto mine, he tried to keep it away from the insurance company so paid for a travelling no paint dent fixer who almost got all of it out, I was impressed, however still ended up in body shop.
