Hello all. Looking for help on an old C3!

Hi all

I am tasked with keeping my mothers old C3 on the road. So far I have managed ok but I am now stumped.
It is a 2004 1.4 hdi that she has had from new. She is reluctant to give it up so I am doing my best to keep it running.
The current issue it has needed diagnostic help so I ended up buying a lexia setup and even an old XP laptop to get it running.
I have managed to connect to the car and read the faults but alas I still have not solved the issue.
I will post in the help section with the details and hopefully some one here can help!
