SOS button flashing

Hi all, new to this forum after picking up my ds 7 crossback louvre two days ago. So far well happy with it! One question though does anyone know how to stop the red sos button near the interior mirror flashing. Looking at the ds app the emergency battery needs replacing but can't find out how to do this if anyone can help, thanks..

It needs to go to the dealer for this battery change - these are special batteries and the telematics unit in the roof is very sensitive, in that it has very fine wires on some plugs on the unit that can be torn off if you don't know how to remove the unit.

Give them a call and arrange for it to be done - or if you have just picked it up from a dealer then get them to fix it free of charge if you've just bought it.
