TCM Replacement 308

Hello, I have a 2019 308 diesel with an EAT8 automatic transmission, due to a fault I had to change the gearbox transmission control module (TCM p/n:9831606080) and I can't get the car to recognize it. I have Diagbox 9.91 on Windows 11 64bits but the telecharger or telecoding does not respond as it should.
How can I make it recognize it? Do I need to be connected to the internet from diagbox?

You cannot telecode offline with Diagbox V9.**.

It needs to be connected to a PSA server and configured online. So you'll have to create an account and purchase tokens for this.

Ok, I'm not clear about the origin of my interface (aliexpress, ebay, etc.) can it be damaged when connecting to the Peugeot servers?
and...
Now When I try to do the "Part Replacement" process it tells me that
"the computer has already been paired, it is not possible to modify its status, the automatic gearbox computer has already been paired with another vehicle".

I bought a used replacement TCM. Would it work on Peugeot servers?

Was the TCM from another vehicle? If so then you may not be able to pair it with your car. These are calibrated to each vehicle as far as I know.

Isn't it possible to virginize the TCM in some way?
