Apologies for resurrecting this long topic from a few months back, but I thought this story worth retelling. Frank Stevens of Weymouth has never taken a driving test in his life. He started driving in the days when a licence could be collected from a Post Office. Recently, he thought it was time he took a test. He's just become a member of the IAM at the age of 85!
