Phone and DAB problems

I have a 2018 Citroen Relay and noticed a few weeks ago my DAB has stopped working. FM radio is all fine and everything was working.
Now it seems when I speak on the phone the caller is getting their voice feedback to them and after a few minutes it just disconnects the call.
Is there anything linked with the DAB aerial obviously not working and the phone just disconnecting.
Please help as need the phone to work for my job.

May be the aerial base - water ingress is the usual culprit.
