After having mixed results with replacing the O rings on the leak off pipe (eg fixed one injector and then another would start leaking), I bought a new leak off pipe and

The worst part is refitting the injector leak off retaining clips - I tied each one with a bit of fishing line so if I dropped (and I dropped a few a few times), I could find it again - worked a treat

My brand new leak off pipe thermistor sensor decided to spring a diesel leak (eg diesel coming up thru the electrical fitting) so the new sensor only lasted 10K kms

Maybe something to do with the P0088 high pressure issue.

Fitted the old one off the old pipe and it is fine.
