Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Clutch Kit
2052Z1 is the correct Clutch Kit Part for your vehicle - no others listed.
2041A3 is the correct part for the Clutch Slave unit.
2051S1 is not a valid PSA part number for this vehicle.
Flywheel
0532W4 is the correct part for your vehicle.
203708 is the part for the Flywheel screw (item 11) on my Flywheel diagram.
0532T4 is not a valid PSA part.
0532X5 is not a valid PSA part.
I hope this confirms everything. These are the official live parts that you will get if you go to a Citroen Dealer today. I can't factor in old parts or replaced parts from other manufacturers that are no longer used.

Re: Xsara Picasso part number request
Here you go:
Part 1525GR, although as you've already guessed, no longer available from Citroen.
They are generally available - some links for you:

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests

Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Official part numbers are generally internal PSA numbers, but you'll find they may quote the PSA equivalent number so you can cross reference - but always double check with the seller.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Two part request, both relating to my C5.
Is it possible to get the wiring harnesses to connect the heater elements of the seats to the rest of the electrics? I know Paul said he did not know if the heater elements worked, but as they are not even connected they cannot work! The motors do (as do the airbags, due to no error messages). If the harnesses are available could I have the stock codes and prices? I know I will have to get a car electrician to fit them.
Could somebody post up diagrams showing where the actuator motors for the heating system, please? The driver side is not producing any warm air, but the passenger side does.
Thanks.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Help needed for my C4 Picasso on my maintenance fleet. Due to me having Covid at the moment I cannot go and sort this out myself so I would appreciate it if I could have the part number for the vehicle battery. All things being equal if my friend can source a battery locally she will take it to B.L.Autos for them to swap it out and hence make sure it is done correctly. The Vin is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. Thanks in anticipation!!

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Mick the battery is part: 1637201380 (£199.14 from Citroen), it is a Level 3 battery, (L3D 720/70A). However..... on checking the vehicle, there is an outstanding after-sales campaign logged against this C4 Picasso, so needs to get booked into the dealer. It will be FOC work, but I can't tell you what it is for.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
James, the main intermediate harness is already fitted there is no other version, but there are 2 sets of seats electric and non-electric. Without the electric seats in the first place, you can't connect up any heated seat elements as there will be no modules in the seats for this.Hell Razor5543 wrote: ↑19 Jan 2022, 16:03 Two part request, both relating to my C5.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
I don' think you have one. The engine ECU receives the information on the amount of fuel put in the vehicle, via the BSI, from the Fuel gauge and the Wheel speed sensors which detect when the vehicle is stationary and memorises the level of fuel present in the tank.
Depending on the quantity of fuel put in, the engine ECU determines the quantity of additive to be injected into the fuel tank and controls the fuel additive pump. The engine ECU sends a request for additive to a total volume made up of one or more individual volumes each not exceeding 1265 mm³, to the fuel additive pump, via the BSI.
The only parts shown are the flap and the whole filler assembly. Although there is a plug detect harness, not all vehicles have them and looking at your vehicle they may have dispensed with it and now use the system I described above.

Re: Citroen and Peugeot Parts Requests
Sorry to ask but looking at the seat exploded diagram posted for James is there any chance i could get something similar for my C4.
You have provided me with other diagrams for the wiring but i have a window where the auto sparky can have a look at the issue of the drivers seat not heating so any info i can give him may well save me a few quid
Colin
