If you read the MSDS on it, Diclofenac is some pretty vicious stuff... Not only does the topical stuff do nothing for me, nor does paracetamol or ibuprofen...
And a lot harder to get from the doctor's these days, so a top tip for anyone who relies on it because it works - you can get it over the counter at the pharmacists in Germany if you happen to be over there and want to get some supplies.
It bemuses me what you can get OTC and what's POM Bobins... The Canesten anti-fungal drops I need for my ears appears to be POM but every other sort of Canesten appears to be OTC...
The one advantage of it being POM is I get it for free. The disadvantage is having to bother my doctor every couple of months for it...
