Hmm, I'm getting all the parts diagrams like before the changes were made.

Maybe someone else - with an acccount, but not pay-subscribed - could check whether they can get access to the diagrams etc too.

I tried logging in with my account (non subscription) and it gave me this intro screen (I blanked the name). My French is not good enough to translate that accurately but there are enough 'ne pas' s for me to believe I have no access, Perhaps you could confirm that?

I think that's saying you don't have a sub.
Change the language in the bottom r.h. corner, Mick, and go a page or two further.
IIRC it's not until you try to call up a Parts page that you get blocked, because some items are still f.o.c.

Quite right Chris, I was able to get this far:
BFTW
BFTW
but when I click on a category I get
sbox2.PNG
So all I can suggest is maybe there is a quirk from Australian servers!! :-D

I get the same as you Mick, so if there's such a thing as an Australian server it's not helping me!

Two further comments, if I may be so bold:
1) Even if you are just after Specifications (Characteristics), you will see the "chargeable" message. However, if you change or even just refresh your language choice (as Chris says, bottom RH corner), then you can see the Characteristics (but nothing else).

2) A couple of times I have seen a message on the logon screen. It tells me to not use the Peugeot & Citroen URLs, and further down, next to a "New" badge, the URL www.public.servicebox.parts.com was displayed. It appeared to be saying that is what we should now be using. However I tried it, and it doesn't exist. Anyway I'm no longer seeing the message...

I had an idea that might have changed the situation: I installed a naughty version of SEDRE on my PC. Perhaps that has given me online access.

Excuse my ignorance but what is SEDRE? :)

I got the prompt to use the new URL address too. Used it, and it works.
Interesting what you say about changing/refreshing the language, and then being able to see Characteristics.
Not something I can try, I'm afraid.

I would suggest that was a 'glitch' whilst they have the system down for daily updates - and whilst resuming / reapplying permissions.

It can't be free in one country and not in another - If the French have to pay for subscriptions and the Australians don't, I can see another 'Bastille Day' happening over it!

Hi. Do I post my part request in this discussion, or do I start a new post in the main Citroen area?

Sorry, I've not quite got the hang of it!! :?

Hi Steve - Just create a new thread - or post your request there. Please pop your VIN up with the part you want (it will be masked on post submission from public view). Then I can sort your request out.
