Well he's talking out his backside as they are not the same spheres as the X7. The front centre sphere on your Hydractive 3+ MK II C5 is 62 BAR and is a different part. The same one on an X7 is 70 BAR. So that's 116 PSI difference! The X7 has a different system in areas of operation and components.

ok i will try it in sport mode tomorrow i am assuming it will be very stiff if so i willnot be using sport mode i am not going to change it at the moment as it was such a bitch

Yes, with that incorrect sphere on the front centre, you normal ride will be slightly harder in comfort / normal mode for sure, as it will be riding on all 6 spheres adn with that one at a much higher pressure it will not be as pliant.
