No need to wait till you're bored, daily workout for five minutes! Words, numbers, geography

Daily exercise
Worldle (4 attempts)
Wordle 2 attempts (if you get it in 2 I'd say its 90% luck 10% skill)
Nerdle (4 attempts)

I like these quizzes. Clues to placenames in the relevant counties. There were 20 on each list on a quiz I got sent, but some are a bit too local familiarity specific so here's a sample.

All you need is a map of County Durham/Northumberland for the place names, and some working out of the clues. Can be compiled for any County in the country with relative ease, but seeing as its me, the two counties which baffle the cream of British universities on UC... Northumberland and Durham.
What are the placenames for the word clues?

Youve done very well Mick, only one not quite right and a Durham Speciality, The place for the clue "feel sorry for yourself" is the home of Northumbrian Water HQ, but your answer fits in too.

Another good effort :-D The 2 remaining, 1 not quite there and one missing

hold that tune.....the place is on the Newcastle-Carlisle Railway line and claims to be the geographical centre of Great Britain

Six pieces of meat...... think for Six the shape of cells in a honeycomb, and head back east along the railway line from the claimed geographical centre of Great Britain. :!:

Hexham and the Durham one was Pity Me. Thanks for joining in Mick in reasonably unfamiliar territory. Set me one on Hertfordshire sometime, obviously not now! and I'll give it a go.
