Could any one help me with my problem
I have citroen c5 exclusive 2009
I have just bought from the net complete set of navidrive-3d-multimediaNg4 with the display and complete wires needed I followed the installation process but the screen is blank it gives no data just gives black screen and the volume is stuck does not increase or decrease just on or off and it could not be refound because Import it abroad.
Your useful information is highly appreciated.

Sorry - only just seen this post.
The NG4 system is dependent on having the correct equipment other than the head unit and also must be VIN coded AND configured to the vehicle using Diagbox / Lexia.
The NG4 is designed to work with the MDS Service module, which is linked to the Microphone and the Head unit via the CAN system. So unless you got the hidden unit also from the car from behind the dash, you won't get it to work I'm afraid.
