That's what I thought but a clutch change at 70,000 miles to me seems like some heavy footwork.

My xantia is still on the original!

Yes, but don't those auto boxes have plastic clutch torque converter thingamabobs in that fail too?

Everything can fail sadly....oil changes are the thing with the autoboxes. Sealed for Life my A@@@

Well done almost 900 miles over the last few days and it would appear the consumption was just over 10miles to the litre.

It was all types of driving town,country and traffic jams on the M5.

Had issues with coffee holder positions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best I have achieved is 10.48mpL on a 700 mile run to St. Leonards and 10.9 when my son took it to Scotland a few weeks ago.
Normally hovers around 7mpL but that is all short trips locally.
