Tasmania does have attractions but if it's only 20 years behind the UK it has already begun the decline in lifestyle initiated by the availability of the internet. So not for me, hence the middle of the South Pacific which has the best chance of being devoid of any electronic or RF penetration!

I'd have to take sufficient seeds to grow the necessary to brew beer and to make Frosties and Weetabix Life could be rise and turn in with the sun and pass the time farming, fishing and watching the sky. It would do me now!! :-D
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

You could even create a nice little rally stage on the island and campaign a 205 T16 around it...

I feel a series of FCF Desert Island Discs (but without the discs) awaits in the wings ;)

Back in May 2020 the FCF filled 11 pages with the desert island discs selections at that time :-D

Always a new audience Jim, I hadn’t even discovered the talents of Taylor Swift back in 2020 :-D

You should Mick, she's great :D 'Antihero' has made it to my Top 100 ;)

Then give Natalie Imbruglia a try. She's just like my Robyn in being an Australian born Brit... 'Torn' is in my Top 100 and the most recent addition to that list is a track called 'Vampire' by Olivia Rodrigo... Very powerful stuff...

Listen to those three and you won't be disappointed, I promise :)

If you can find the YouTube video of Natalie Umbrella singing Torn with a mime it is hilarious, especially how she takes it in good part. Taylor Swift does absolutely nothing for me though, much prefer to other Taylor. (Momsen).

Good point well made Mick!

Happy to report a slight improvement in my health today. The strict regime of rest seems to be working :)

I'm keeping myself reasonably well occupied with small things that make little physical and cognitive demands upon me. I'm mopping up quite a few little jobs around the house that have been waiting patiently for me to get around to them...

Cognitively I'm struggling badly still. Reading remains a case of TL:DR. Physically I can feel an improvement.

I've now taken the plunge and bought a Lexia ready to learn all about how modern Citroens work. Should be fun and interesting... First thing is to find Polly's diagnostic socket... It seems well hidden!

Pleased to hear there is a marked improvement Jim.
Opportune moment to be putting the Christmas tree up, and don't forget to put the sprouts on to boil.

Thanks Richard :D

You actually made me watch a YouTube thing   It's rare, I hate the bloody things with a passion  Normally if I see one in a forum post it's a scroll straight past job.
