One of the events that stand out in that superb collection of vet-tales... I've read all the books and enjoyed every one of them.
I do believe sleep is good and can do wonderful things... I have found I'm now even more intolerant of moderately late nights and if I do have one, as I did on Monday - 9PM, it took me all of Tuesday to recover

It's not fun but it's what it is...
Whilst I'm like I am, I'm busy planning a lot of activity on Bluebell to make her even better than she currently is...
I'm a bit livelier today and maybe worth repeating here what I put on social media this morning after getting out for a bit of fresh air...
A nice gentle run early this morning

Feeling a bit of an improvement after sleeping most of yesterday
I'm still very much bumping along at the bottom of the curve but the trend appears to be on the up
All volunteer work, with the exception of Junior parkrun, is on indefinite hold until my recovery is complete. To this there will be absolutely no exceptions.
For that recovery to progress I need lots and lots of social contact and coffee so always happy to meet up at a nearby café for a chat, coffee and cake
