Yellow fogs and headlights and you would need yellow DRLs too!

I'm just thinking, now that I'm not going to have to pay £70 for shipping it, I know of a towbar I could buy. It's a bit drastic way of dodging the postage!!!!!!

Sure....I can bring it up to Jim's and dump it into your Activa, good idea.

As the DRL's are behind the glass no need to change them, just yellow coat the glass on the inside, :)....I don't think I will do the yellow headlamps however as the problem the French had, indicators not being seen would be a problem for on-coming traffic.

No, I would need to clean it, de-rust and paint it first.

I do not touch rust/crap often, and not for anybody but myself :)

Not much done today,

Got the interior courtesy (pillar & roof) lights working as ALL had gone u/s, EVERY bulb was blown bar one which was a bad contact in the switch. Tried the boot light as it to was not working.....eeerr, NO WIRES/Connector could be found :) so I left that for a day when I take the trim off to find it.

Drivers side rear door window seal trim had been forced and as as such was not applied correctly to the frame (who did this did not know about the rivet behind the trim) so that is clamped back down with black polyvinyl panel adhesive using a big magnet for pressure.

Heater panel bulbs arrived today....
Stripped out the "radio cover flap" from the Latvian donor car ready to fit a new Sony bluetooth head unit tomorrow. I wonder if this one will work with the steering wheel controls.

Nice drive down to Weymouth early morning, some good stretches down that way.

Anyway, when I was back and ready after some fresh warm LardiCake for lunch (YUM) I set about the dash.
I fitted up the Flip Cover dash, ran a new Microphone and fitted a new Sony Bluetooth radio.

I looked at the heater controls but decided to leave this for Jim to show me (the trick)

The bulbs? Need to take the radio out and surround, then you can pop the top off the controls and theres a bulb holder slotted in, about midway. Not too difficult, pretty sure you dont need to remove the heater controls either.
