Re: The evil diesel
Our 7 year old has been around cats and dogs since day 1. He can be a dirty sod . He has no allergies. He's rarely sick at all. He gets the school cold once or twice a year and that's it.

Yep, I'm sure they were healthier before we had all these things that kill 98% of all know germs, and when kids could climb trees and play in the mud.

Growing up with a 'Manure pit' instead of a sand pit must have given my immune system a massive boost.
Touch wood, I'm rarely ill and have no allergies.

Re: The evil diesel
It has been shown that, when children are young, their immune system is very powerful. In order for it to remain so it needs to be 'exercised' on bacteria and so on (so letting children play in the dirt, and eat strange things (worms, dirt and the like)), as it helps the immune system to remain at a high level of 'competence', otherwise it gets atrophied.

Hi and welcome to the forum
If your car has an in tank pump the easiest way is to disconnect the feed to the filter, place it in a receptacle or extend it and do so then just switch the ignition on.

Does the owner know of your intent?

Only thing with that is if you have miss fuel'd. You could be putting wrong fuel through a pump not designed for it?
Just a caveat, although not sure if it would harm it.
