Jim, I picked up on the fact that you were pleased with Daffodil's DAB installation second time round so I had a look to see if I could find the same unit. I found this one and wondered if you could confirm it to be the same, or let me know where your's came from?

That's the one Mick, proving very good and when not in use in the car I use it as a 'pantry transmitter' in the house to rebroadcast a chosen DAB station to my vintage VHF/FM radios around the house

It puts out a very strong VHF/FM rebroadcast signal!

The stabbing went really well today

Northampton has a supremely well organised vaccination centre and it was a pleasure to visit!

Daffodil was a true delight there and back... She runs and drives absolutely beautifully And so comfy too!

On our way home she called in to visit one of her old friends

The Covid jab has definitely done its thing judging by my feverish and 'flu-like feeling when I woke up this morning after a bit of a restless night...

Despite that I still ran 10K to complete day 8 of my TEN4TEN challenge

Not quite as fast as usual but not bad, all things considered

I felt much better after that run...

Just two days of the challenge left now and touch-wood I'll be good to complete it on Wednesday morning

I then went for a bike ride as the weather down this way is still good... Felt even better after that It just shows the restorative powers of a decent run and bike ride

I couldn't resist taking a totally gratuitous close-up of my favourite bike at highest point in the locality

Didn't have any ill effects from my first jab but the second one gave me flue like symptoms but only for about 12 hours, I had the Pfizer one. Pleased to hear you are feeling better now.

Despite the rather wet and windy weather this morning I was delighted to complete the TEN4TEN running challenge

The challenge was to run 10Km every day between March 1st and March 10th...

This was my final run of the challenge...

Not as fast as yesterday but given I got soaked to the skin and battled high winds I'm well pleased with it

A medal should soon arrive in the post

Those microchips they injected have make a tremendous difference

I know they injected them as Bill Gates congratulated me on completing the challenge as soon as I'd competed it!
