I assume there's no need to 'gap' them. Kinda defeats the twin electrode thingymajig... Ps i'm no expert btw. Where's Mandrake when you need backing up on technicalities like this ... [emoji1]

Yep, just finished the Thtrl body last night....I have not enlarged it but did "cut" the feed side to match the gasket on both the TB and the inlet chamber which opened it up by 4/6 mm and corrected the shape (oval) to match, this eliminated a large vertical wall between it and the distribution chamber.
I will do the inlet-2head stubs next after removal to match the gasket as well.

I polished the TB tube but have left the chamber throat rough (after 2cm) as per the accepted methods.

All ready for fitting up.....should have time (some logging to do today) to finish it by tonight

Cleaned up (oil on the cams distorts the image, they are smooth and are running well)

Cleaned out and a new bead run

Well thats done then :)~

All back together, started and runs (idles) perfectly.
It has a better sound in the induction (did not expect that)
Revs well but I will see how it drives next week...I can always replace the throttle body back to the original if need be.

The plastic engine cover will be replaced with one I am repainting/finishing tonight.

Better pics tomorrow in daylight.
