If you read the MSDS on it, Diclofenac is some pretty vicious stuff... Not only does the topical stuff do nothing for me, nor does paracetamol or ibuprofen...

The one advantage of it being POM is I get it for free. The disadvantage is having to bother my doctor every couple of months for it...
