Was the replacement unit second hand or brand new? If second hand / used, how do you know it is not suffering from the same problem? These units commonly fail and require replacement - usually with a new one. They also may need telecoding to your vehicle and configuring before it will work - if it is not also faulty.

I can't help you there sorry as these Nemos are essentially Fiats with their own telematics units. If your diagnostic kit is up to the mark, it may not be able to read the telematic ECU if it is knackered - which may also be the reason why it's not working. Also, from a diagnostics point of view, Diagbox is the proprietary software used by PSA including the Nemo - but as it is a FIAT, it needs a special module to connect to the VCI (an S1279 module) to work with the Nemo and some other commercial PSA vehicles with FIAT influences in order read some of the ECUs.
