Hi Vinny and welcome.
Unfortunately these pictures are not much help as they are not showing the suspension strut, so we can't see where the source of the leak is.
The C5 X7 struts can't be repaired, they need to be replaced, so if the leak is from the strut itself then you'll need a replacement strut. But you really need to determine the source of the leak - and whether it is a strut or a suspension pipe first of all.

On the positive side, if the strut/struts need replacing it's a nice, simple and relatively quick job.
I don't know about part prices in your neck of the woods but the struts can be had for about £250 per side here in the UK.

They can be bought for a lot less from Poland - I ordered mine in from there and got Citroen to fit it for me. This was when the struts were about £270 each from Citroen - but prices have shot up and they are now £429.97 each direct from Citroen!
Even with delivery, they are likely to be a lot less from Europe - but just check if the price is inclusive of any other import charges.
