What do you recon on the going rate for one like that ?? would i expect to pay £500 -£600 maybe or more ?

there are some realy lovely one's on line at mo, But at some silly prices !
but they are nice ones !

SEi is a much bigger spec then a VSX Xantia!

All windows electric, electric seats (both sides) electric mirrors, Alloys, Standard air con, elec sunroof, leather, electric arm rest, alloys.. Dot matrix and being S1 should NOT ever die like S2 displays, L reg the best year most if not ALL electrical glitches are sorted, and suspension issues dont seem to be a problem on these L and M reg cars...

Oh, and L reg, it should also have cruise control as standard too.. but being manual its not fitted.

I'm only 'placing' the car and it's relative position in the range in a context
that will mean something to a Xantia owner!! Should I have said it's the
Ghia version?

Shame that V6 XM you pointed to on Ebay has such a poor write-up. That's not the way to sell it!

Yep, 90º V6 3.0 SEi!! You don't see these around so if you want one...

poor write up with no pictures mileage or effort is going to see it struggle
so a bargain to be had here. Fab car though it's blighted with an autobox.

Yup Jim, All XM V6's PRV untill the PSA V6 24v came along in 1997, PRV was then dropped

Absolutely, nothing wrong with autoboxes you know Andrew

Just you wait until you experience fully the delights of the 4HP20 on the end of a PR V6 and then you'll be converted!!! (no pun intended..)

All this talk of XMs is so tempting. Shame in a way I have yet another Xantia currently in the project bay but at least it's been saved from any Puggeriser. They might cry as it's a jolly sweet engine in it!

Ill donate my 1993 K reg XM V6 SEi auto to you when Ive got her all done! You'll like her.. Full Spec, easyer to say has everything except Sat Nav!!

Shes a great one! Ive enjoyed EVERY single mile I did im her, and having the gas was even better!!

I had a V6 that did about 40mpg! FAN - BLYDI - TASTIC !!!!
