So it really needs getting on a ramp so the UREA circuit can be checked.
Look for crystallisation around the Adblue Injector or anywhere else going back. I strongly advise you to start adding in some Wynne's Adblue Anti-Crystallisation when you fill the tank. Personally, when I buy a container of Adblue, I measure out and dose the refill tank with Wynne's, so that whenever I top my Adblue up, it is ready-dosed.

yes theres crystallisation around (dare i say it lol) the plastic chrome fake exhaust port but as yet havent had time to get it in the air even on car ramps to have a look but monday i shall aim to have a look
and again thanks for all your help

Recently i cleaned the adblue injector on my 508 (engine code DW10FC) after using the Wynn"s adblue additive as preventative maintenance as i believe is the key for these cars not to get damaged. Then i checked the injector and i confirm that the product works.Only with the use of brake cleaner the crystallization of the injector wiped off as light ash.skragamuffin wrote: 23 Jun 2024, 20:33 yes theres crystallisation around (dare i say it lol) the plastic chrome fake exhaust port but as yet havent had time to get it in the air even on car ramps to have a look but monday i shall aim to have a look

Be careful NOT to do force regeneration to DPF because you will stress the engine and may you damage it without needed because of high temperature. You must find the cause why the DPF is not regenerating and blocked adblue injector is one of them. A nice guy and mobile mechanic explains everything and how to in these situations is this one
Additionally i used and another DPF cleaner from Redex which is safe to use with adblue systems. This one:

It helps the DPF regeneration to burn the soot in lower temperatures. First i watched in diagbox the defferential pressures of DPF and the amount of soot. In O'Rileys Autos YouTube channel explains everything. It was ok but i wanted to stay there so i used this additive.Of course it depends of the situation of DPF and how bad it is and which product to use.Maybe it needs a professional DPF cleaning . In my case after a journey of 500 km the engine is much smoother and aggressive. My next task is to clean the EGR. After 130k Km i think it is needed.

To be honest, you should not need any more additives for the DPF - it already has assisted regeneration using Eolys additive which is added to the fuel tank when you add fuel.
The DPF is a separate system and the SCR should have no effect on regeneration of the particle filter.

This explains what was the 'additive tank and 753 ml remaining' menu in diagbox.Of course i found out AFTER i put the additive in tank that my car has EOLYS system. Overkill.. ::))

No problem, the system is very finely dosed by the additive pump, so you really don't want to add anything else into the fuel tank
