this is my MOT fails. I want strip all suspension down and change as much as possible in one go.
You need to get under the car and find the actual leaks. At least 2 of those are probably not caused by leaking steel pipes.

Some pictures of the leaking items would be most valuable...

Sounds like leaking rams to me...

you cant see where exact leak come from on the back, its 4 pipes i thing which go from front to back and going over top of the rear axle, so no chances to have a look where leak comes from before you drop rear axle. if i strip it it will be better off to change all pipes in one go while i am there.

That sounds like the piping around the height corrector assembly.

The front to back pipe is tricky and it's often best to cut out the bad stuff and joint it... The pipe will not be bad all the way along...

Assuming that your car is not generality very rusty, a leak obove the rear subframe is often caused by the electrovalve return line popping out of the Y connector above the subframe, and just needs pushing back in and a tie wrap around it.

You should be able to see the problem by jacking up the car and undoing the subframe mounting bolts on that side, lowering the subframe until it rests on the exhaust, without disconnecting any plumbing (but take the plastic cover off the hydraulic pipes forward of the rear wheel).

That looks like a leak from the supply or return to the rear strut if you ask me.

If it were my car I'd try giving it all a jet wash and then start to look where the fluid begins to reappear from.
