I have just realised I have owned my beloved C8 for a quarter of my life!!!! And that's not my driving life, a quarter of my whole life!!! No wonder I'm so defensive about her rather than my kids....

It is however in Auto Express, which means I have more chance of winning the lottery than it becoming reality.
I'm still waiting for the 2CV replacement they promised us multiple times over the decades..

I did my first ever Escape Room yesterday. It was one of the best things I have ever done! Excited, scared, annoyed, puzzled all at the same time. Next time I watch the crystal maze I will have more sympathy for the contestants.

I would advise not doing it with a 13 and 14 year old, but they survived. Can't wait till the next one.

I had to do a bit of research to see what these Escape Rooms are all about. I see there's one in Milton Keynes.

I'd last all of two seconds and likely never recover from the experience. For a claustrophobic, absolute hell on earth!

It's well worth doing Jim, you get so absorbed in what your doing you forget where you are, plus secret doors adding rooms to your experience will make you more comfortable. You can leave at any point if you feel uncomfortable and rejoin when you are ready. Well worth ago

Well unfortunately an Escape Room is the vegetarian/straight option as no meatballs are available....

I have no issue with whatever kit they want to put on new cars as I am exceedingly unlikely to ever own one newer than July 7th 2024. :-D
I have to agree that in the fullness of time if the speeding camera network ceases to generate revenue the chances are other things will be implemented to make up the shortfall!!

Gloucester council made a third of a million quid in a few months by making a narrow bridge in one of the main shopping areas a bus lane and installing cameras on it to catch the unaware, to make it worse they had a plethora of other signage around the site so you can't see the wood for the trees.
