The Activa has taken its toll on me, ripped my back BAD getting into the boot and twisting to get access with the dremmel....OUCH ya bugger

They do enjoy inflicting pain Especially red ones... Many are called Christine...

Cheers guys for the thoughts, I have suffered with it for years, I know where and how it goes, I will be a pain in the harris for about 3 days then grumpy for another 4.
I'm lucky in a way, it is muscle scaring form HighJump/WaterSkiing and one very small sharp piece of African wood

LOL....despite my back I had to get up and let the Chickens out.......so I checked the pipe connector from the boot opening on the way back.................still no leakage so seems like the job is a good-un and I can plate up the access hole and get on with getting the final little details ready for the MoT/Reg/Plate

Yes, the box is pretty straightforward to fix. Ten minutes should do it... Or, just about the time it takes to have a cup of tea...

end next week on the MOT I think,
still have the speedo to do, oil change, fix a humid headlamp, fix lower mounts on headlamps, aline headlamps, afix the spoiler now I have repaired the base (it was ripped off) bleed system/brakes/adjust handbrake, LHM reservoir signal wires and fit spare crash stop switch & fix its wiring..........then a have a check thru on a working Lexia.

a few areas to paint and shultz before putting on the modified spare wheel carrier (to stop it rubbing on the activa ram gaiter)
