Brave on my Win 10 laptop is having no problem. Neither is Chrome on my Android phone although I don't do anything serious on that.

That's cursed the rest of the day for me...

Brave and Chromium on the other laptop are OK. Firefox - not loading.

Completely normal here, I have a feeling you may have a broadband issue Steve, try running a speed test on the wifi. :)

All other sites are perfect; only here and autoshite just today.

Speedtest is normal. Never what it should be but no worse than usual.

Appears to be browser dependent.

Is it worth uninstalling and reinstalling the bad browser maybe? :)

They have all been updated over the past few days. I should really upgrade Linux but terminal procrastination precludes that.
A couple of other anomalies have appeared.
1) that Ctrl+shift+; doesn't insert the current time in .odt.
2) that sometimes Ctrl+: will open a smiley menu instead of inserting the date in various places, Google Sheets being one of them. ARRSE being another. Not consistent though.

Android 16, Waterfox Browser, occasionally over the last week or so forum wouldn't load, just hung, closed browser went back about 2 minus later, after visiting another forum, all okay.
Never hung (yet!) on Windows 11, with Firefox.
Could it be congestion at the server?

I forgot you run Linux Steve, if that is due an update then maybe a compatibility issue has arisen with the latest updates of the browsers? :)

Possibly. Never has previously and I am often tardy with upgrades.

There's been issues on other forums I visit with "Malicious Actors" (bots) swamping the sites with log on requests and slowing everything down.

I generally have a look to see the amount of 'visitors' online and it hasn't been excessive.

I don't have much idea of what is going on here, but there is another update to the forum software, which I will apply this afternoon. I will also clear out all user sessions which will force everyone to login again.
