"Ok so fues 4 in the BSI is fed from maxi fuse 5 in the BSM but it goes VIA the shunt, can you check if there is 12v a the shunt (see below will look something like his in the middle of the BSI), check if you have 12v here.

If there is no 12v at the shunt you then need to check for 12v at maxi fuse 5?"
I checked the shunt fuse with the multimeter off the silver bar of the fuse to the body work. No 12v. Maxi Fuse 5 has no power at all once I remove the BSM located above the maxi fuse panel. On pulling the shunt fuse and then reinserting, when I then try the key the wipers temporary move slightly.
I have attempted the BSI reset procedure with a fully charged battery. I am wondering the if the indicator squib is faulty and causing issues as the side light (green) symbol is on whenever i turn the ignition. I was encountering some issues with the indicator and lights prior to all the immo issue.
