Hiya, so I've been following this thread (and several others I've found online) after struggling with this issue. I've been around the houses from auto electrics garage to Citroen dealership to BSI cloning services and they all basically told me the car was scrap... Disheartening to say the least.

I ended up ordering a replacement BSI from eBay and swapped the relay boards as bit of a last ditch attempt and it worked!...For one day.

I decided to take the dog out for a drive and a long walk and when I got back to my car after said walk all my doors were perm-locked again and MOT is due in a couple months.

Makes me question if it's something else maybe not just the relay? or did I just get unlucky with the replacement relay board?

Has anyone else had any issues with this recurring after you initially fixed it? I am going to give one last attempt at fixing - by desoldering the broken relay on the original relay board and replacing it - will probably disable the child locks on the doors once their open too just for good measure.

Would love to hear your ideas - I'm tearing my hair out here!

Probably the relay, however the arrangement of the "pins-through-the-board" can cause problems. Check that the boards are seated together. You could solder the connections but that's a more permanent solution (if that's even the problem).
