Mine was flagged in Servicebox, but on ds website wasn't ))) Got a booked visit in DS Leicester on 9th May. After 2 years of having nice dry rear lights, now got a nice aquarium))))
Sorry, what's Servicebox? What's a reliable way to check if I have a recall for mine, it just filled with water :( It is a 2019 to be fair, so took a little longer than others...

You could check for recalls on this DS site https://www.dsautomobiles.co.uk/owners/ ... aigns.html

Service box is the Citroen/Peugeot/DS workshop manual but these days it is only accessed on-line by paying and then you have to be a garage or similar. Up to about 2014 versions you could get it on dvds through such as ebay.

In the end I just emailed Stellantis, they mailed back directly with an appointment saying it's covered by a recall. My partner dropped it in today and they flagged a few other issues in the health check (I won't be doing them there obviously), but will have to book me on another appointment for the light replacement after they receive it... Why would you give someone a recall replacement appointment and wait until then to order the part ? :-D

We had this on our 308 recently when it had a safety recall on the rear seat belts. They had to check if the car needed new parts at the first visit and then they were ordered. The parts were on back order so took a few weeks to arrive. If parts are expensive they are unlikely to want to order them until it is confirmed they are needed.

I have a 2018 model purchased 2nd hand last year and had both of mine replaced last year on recall. Had to call the garage though to ask.

Would you be able to tell me which email you used? I'm having exactly same problem with 2018 model. I've managed to take the water out but having errors on the dash.

I've called their CS but it's almost like talking to a Bot. I rather email and hope I can have the same luck as you

thanks

I used the "Service & MOT" inquiry from here: https://www.stellantisandyou.co.uk/contact-us#Form6196

I have an appointment for mid February now for the actual replacement.
