Just to let you know i have disassembled the height corrector connector and refitted it with, wait for it , success ,we go up and down!!!
But on the road height setting ,she's going up and down about an inch constantly (could this be air )
And I raised it to the max height setting and switched off the car , where she stayed for about 10 mins and dropped down to min level..
But I'm so glad she's actually moving
I would suggest (to try and get the air out) a good Citrobics session. What you do is (on level ground) raise the suspension to full height, wait for a minute, drop her back to lowest height, wait for another minute, and then repeat this several times. That should help get any air back into the reservoir. Then, with the car at normal height, turn the steering from lock to lock a few times, with a minutes' wait at each lock. This should also help expel any air in the steering back into the reservoir.

Yes, I am paranoid, but am I paranoid ENOUGH?

I was just going to say Rod - I didn't want to burst your bubble - but the fault was recorded as intermittent - so this is going to happen until the root cause is discovered - maybe when you removed and replaced it this morning the sort / open circuit was temporarily resolved.

Best to follow the battery disconnect procedure, do the necessaries / checks, then follow from the reconnect part Rod, as the pump is live and independent of the engine and you don’t want any other issues. Procedure here:
Fitted new connector to the wiring at height corrector end (the old wires look very thin and the casing is very thin too) ,no joy.think I need an electronic guy, any ideas.
Or I run 3 new cable's?also where is the elecrovalve for the front suspension located . Thanks Rod
Hello I've got one more sinario for you, I tried the car again and she was doing the same things,so I thought I would jack under the front while it was pumping the front, and to my amazement she started rising,I was able to got full height (where she was stable)then down to road height where she would raise and lower 2inchs or so,.But more importantly I noticed after about 20 mins the passenger side suspension strut was hot , while the driver side was cool, but the LDS was hot, could this be constant pumping to that strut making it harder to get pressure to raise the car? Thanks Rod
Rod, I have to mention this, but I didn’t ask you about the LDS fluid level. Did you check the level when the car was on flat ground and on the lowest setting?
